What is Ultra B-Complex?

Ultra B-Complex by EssentialSeries is a food supplement in vegan tablets, based on a complex of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, and B12), choline bitartrate, and Myo-inositol.

The B vitamins form a group of water-soluble vitamins.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1)

  • Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)

  • Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells.

Niacin (Vitamin B3)

  • Niacin helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5)

  • Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Biotin (Vitamin B7)

Folic acid (Vitamin B9)
