Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, rice flour, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), cholecalciferol from lichen, menaquinone-7, L-leucine and tricalcium phosphate.
Directions: Take one vegetable capsule daily, preferably before a meal.
