Mix with water, milk or a plant-based drink for a smooth, thick cream. The rice flour is not hydrolyzed, retaining its native starch and low sugar content. Its hydration capacity gives a satisfying consistency with a small serving. Ideal for breakfasts, snacks and desserts, and a gluten-free alternative to oat porridge. Add protein powder, fruit or your preferred toppings.
Mix 2 scoops of 20ml (approximately 30g) with 160ml of water, milk or a plant-based drink. Shake briefly, pour into a bowl while still liquid and allow to thicken. Adjust the liquid to your preferred consistency.
