Why this blend?
Pre-gelatinised rice flour hydrates easily and develops a creamy texture without cooking. Micellar casein adds density while whey balances the consistency. HSN uses dairy proteins from grass-fed sources and controls rice quality in each batch.
How to prepare
Mix 2 scoops of 50ml (approximately 50g) with 150ml of water, milk or a plant-based drink. Stir vigorously in a bowl with a whisk, or mix in a shaker and pour into a bowl while still fluid. Allow to thicken and adjust the liquid to your preferred consistency. No cooking is needed. Enjoy cold, or prepare normally and microwave for approximately 30 seconds for a warm cream. Nut butter can be added as an optional topping.
