A single-ingredient amino acid supplement produced by microbial fermentation of plant-based sources. This is pure L-glutamine, not hydrolysed wheat protein or glutamine peptides.

Serving size and recommended daily intake: 5g (approximately one 10ml scoop). Servings per 500g pack: approximately 100.
Mix 5g with 200ml water, juice or your preferred drink. Take once daily. A kitchen scale is recommended for accurate measurement because powder density can vary between batches.
Unflavoured, with a neutral, mildly sweet and acidic taste. The fine powder disperses readily and can be added to a protein shake.
