14 Years of Research

The extract is characterized by, despite being standardized to 5% withanolides, being a “full-spectrum.”
Ixoreal explains that the “full-spectrum extract” is ideal, as most scientific research is conducted with Ashwagandha roots that maintain a balance among the plant’s characteristic chemical constituents. Obtaining an extract with an extremely high percentage of withanolides, according to the manufacturer, can cause the balance of substances to be lost.
The KSM-66® extraction process is based on “green chemistry” (green chemical), since its patented extraction procedure is developed without chemical solvents or alcohol.

The practically nonexistent presence of Withaferin A and the 5% withanolide content guaranteed have been verified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) rather than gravimetry as other manufacturers use to measure extract constituents, since, according to Ixoreal, gravimetry overestimates the product’s withanolide content by up to three times.
