Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), rice flour, vegetable capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], Rhaponticum carthamoides root extract (500:1, 95% beta-ecdysterone), chelated zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent (L-leucine), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate), black pepper extract (50:1, from Piper nigrum fruit, 98.5% piperine), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to take

Take 1 vegetable capsule, 2 times a day.
