Ashwagandha extract (10:1, from Withania somnifera root, 8.5% withanolides), green tea extract (220:1, from Camellia sinensis leaf, 90% epicatechin), vegetable capsule [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), zinc citrate.
How to take
Take 1 capsule, 1 time a day.
