A three-ingredient food supplement in transparent plant-based capsules. The daily intake provides 400mg of I3C from concentrated broccoli extract, 200mg calcium D-glucarate and 4.2mg vitamin B6. Suitable for vegan diets, with no animal-derived ingredients or artificial colourings.

Broccoli extract and I3C

The 30:1 extract comes from Brassica oleracea flowers and is standardised to 40% indole-3-carbinol. I3C is a compound naturally associated with cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.

Calcium D-glucarate and vitamin B6

Calcium D-glucarate is the calcium salt of D-glucaric acid. Vitamin B6 is provided as pyridoxine hydrochloride. The recommended daily intake supplies 5mg pyridoxine hydrochloride, equivalent to 4.2mg vitamin B6 (300% NRV).

How to take

Take 1 vegetable capsule twice a day. Serving size: 1 capsule. Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules. This 30-capsule bottle contains 30 single-capsule servings, or 15 days at the recommended daily intake.
