Suggested use

One serving is 1 level teaspoon (4g). Take 1–3 servings daily as directed by the manufacturer. Add directly to smoothies or soups, sprinkle over food, or mix into a hot drink. Stir well. Spoon measurements are approximate; weighing scales are recommended for an accurate serving.

Allergen information
